BinControl – Automatic control with light bar

Botek BinControl, which is connected to our RFID system, ensures that the correct waste bin is emptied before emptying takes place. Each lifting position is equipped with an LR20 light bar that clearly indicates whether the bin should be emptied or not: When the bin is moved towards the lifter, an automatic check is carried out against the digital route. If the light bar shows a pulsating white light, the bin should be emptied. If the light is steady orange, it should not be emptied.

Botek BinControl is an option for our new RFID systems and is integrated with digital route software such as EDP Mobile and Evolution Collector. BinControl is part of our new generation of systems – Smart Modules; a modular and expandable concept developed for maximum operational reliability and efficiency.
