The most common service level agreement is to reply with a solution within 3 hours and always be on the location within 48 hours if the system is down. We also have trained personal in selected service shops all over Sweden to always be able to supply service fast and nearby.

Re-verifications

Re-verification of bin weighing scales and chassis scales shall be performed regularly according to local regulations. It is the company using the scale who are responsible for ensuring the scales undergoing re-verification according to applicable law.

Botek is accredited by SWEDAC and offers to carry out re-verifications of delivered scales or we will assist you to find a local notified body who can perform the service.

Local workshops

Quick access to service is important. At Botek we have solved this in our own way – we train your local workshop so that you always have service options nearby.

In addition to these service centers, we have our own service technicians. For more extensive service and support matters we send our own technicians from Ulricehamn and Stockholm to your location.

Training

We offer training in how to service and repair the system in our facilities in Ulricehamn. The training is free of charge with all of our systems. To shorten the downtime as much as possible we provide a consignment stock with the most used spare parts.

The basic training for service shops is usually done quickly. All of our systems are logically structured. Wiring diagram and list of all components in the system is well documented in the service register.

RMA / Claims

When returning products, please print and fill out the RMA form and send it together with the product.
