The system consists of an indicator in the cabin and sensors mounted on the suspension. The overload indicator senses the current load by recording the change in position that occurs when the vehicle is loaded. The user can maximize payload, monitor load distribution and avoid overloading.

Overload Indicator E2W

E2W is an overload indicator designed for both lightweight and heavier trucks. The system consists of an indicator in the cabin and sensors mounted on the suspension. The overload indicator senses the current load by recording the change in position that occurs when the vehicle is loaded. The user can maximize payload, monitor load distribution and avoid overloading. E2W increases safety and minimizes the risk of fines.

• Display continuously shows current load, total weight or net weight of the vehicle
• Bar indicates remaining load capacity
• The weight is displayed in yellow digits when the maximum load is close, then turns red when the maximum load is exceeded.
• The sensors can be installed on mechanical and/or air suspension and also on trailers.
• Touchscreen display mounted in cab on swivel mount or in DIN compartment
• Easy to use and long life of components
• Possible options are printer and warning signal
• Tolerance for weight indication within +/- 3%
